Better Waist Community Guidelines

Our four key pillars of conduct on our app are:

Be Kind

Spread Kindness: Treat others how you expect to be treated in all your interactions.

Harassment: Don't be rude, bully, intimidate, defame, harass, or stalk other members. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. If someone blocks you, respect their decision and stop all communication.

Violence and Harm: Never threaten to harm anyone physically or mentally. Any content depicting violence or graphic imagery is strictly prohibited and will result in account moderation or permanent banning.

Discrimination and Hate Speech: Respect every member. Hate speech, racism, or bigotry will lead to permanent banning.

Profile Content: Ensure your profile is free from violent, abusive, or defamatory content.

Messaging: Always be kind in your messages. Serious offenses will result in your account being banned.

Be Respectful

Respect in Relationships: Lead with respect in all your interactions.

Nudity and Sexual Content: Do not upload any nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.

Copyright and Trademark: Do not post content that infringes on anyone's rights, including privacy, copyright, or trademarks.

Customer Care: Treat our Customer Care Representatives with respect. Abuse or threats towards them are unacceptable.

Profile Images: Follow our guidelines for images. Avoid nudity, violence, criminal activity, racism, or hate imagery.

Context-Specific Images: Shirtless photos are acceptable only in appropriate contexts like beaches. Bikinis and swimwear are allowed outside but not inside.

Children in Photos: Only include children if you are in the photo. Photos of other people's children or photos where permission is not granted will be removed.

Prohibited Content: No promotion of prostitution, escorting, solicitation, or trafficking.

Private Information: Never solicit or share private information such as passwords, financial information, or addresses.

Illegal Usage: Don't use Better Waist for illegal activities. Depicting criminal activity will lead to a permanent ban.

Be Safe

Personal Safety: Always use your best judgment to keep personal safety in mind.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to use Better Waist. Underage users will be banned.

Sensitive Information: Never display sensitive personal information on your profile. Keep communication within the app and only share basic contact information when comfortable.

Reporting Issues: Report bad actors or terms of service violations directly through the app.

Be Real

Authenticity: Be genuine. Do not spam, solicit money, or impersonate others.

Single Account: Only one account per user unless granted permission by Customer Support.

Truthful Profile: Ensure all information on your profile is truthful and about you.

Profile Images: Your profile images should clearly show your face. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, or overlaid text.

Messaging: Be mindful in your first messages. Avoid sharing personal information or promoting external links.

Account Information and Offline Behavior

Account Termination: Better Waist reserves the right to investigate and terminate accounts if Community Guidelines are violated.

Real-Life Conduct: Our guidelines apply both online and offline. If you experience bad behavior from another member in real life, please report it through our Help Center.
